As a concierge-style medical provider, Dr. Seth can do more for her patients at far lower cost than typical health insurance plans. Compare the following fees – including lab tests, EKG, spirometry and many other services plus unlimited access to your personal physician – to your current health insurance premiums:

Individual Plans:

Age 12-17: $40/month
Age 18-25: $60/month
Age 26-30: $99/month
Age 31+: $135/month

Couples Plan

Couples $250/month

Family Plans:

2 parents/1 or more child: $300/month
1 parent/2 children: $195/month
 

Any additional adult receives a $10/month discount.

We currently do not have a monthly membership for acupuncture. We will let you know when one is available.

Offering walk-in, individual, and member pricing; we have a massage at a price that is right for you.

Massage Memberships:
Billed each month @ $60 for which you will receive a 1 hour massage each month. Unused months can be redeemed for up to 3 months so if you are out of town or busy one month, no sweat, we got you covered!! Once you have a massage membership all additional Massages that month can be booked at membership pricing. Account must be up-to-date to get membership rates.

Don’t want a membership, no worries. Just pay the non-member price for the same exceptional service.
